Lil Dragonfly will happily honor any valid defect claims, provided a claim is submitted within 3 days of the receipt of items. Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of

  1. Refund to original mode of payment
  2. Store Credit
  3. Replacement for the same item (subject to availability)

In order to be eligible for return or replacement –

  1. The products must be returned in original condition with tags and labels intact.
  2. The product must be unused
  3. There must be manufacturing defect

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week from our end. The banks or credit card companies may take longer to process based on their timelines and this is beyond our control.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will be in touch with instructions.


Our logistics partner will be in touch with you regarding delivery and returns. Return shipping costs will be incurred by Lil Dragonfly if there is a manufacturing defect.
